ABOUT
Rashid Fullah got a call from his older sister in 2005 about his energetic 6 year old nephew who was bouncing off the wall with energy. The next year, he signed him up for youth football. Little did he know that his nephew will tell all of his friends. By the end of the week, 13 kids showed up to be signed up for football. The following year, 50 kids showed up and one of them being a girl. It was then that his journey in the fitness world began.
He started a summer conditioning, speed, agility, quickness program on July 7th, 2006. He started his journey in the fitness industry as an hobby while pursuing an education in Dentistry. He later realized that he was more passionate about training athletes than becoming a dentist so he took the bold step towards becoming a sports performance trainer. Rashid truly believes that if you "do what you love, you will never work a day in your life." 100+ athletes later, he's still doing what he loves.

He is passionate about health & fitness and its benefits to living a healthy lifestyle. He is committed to nurturing each individual's potential and building upon their ability to achieve their athletic goals.
In 2006, Rashid Fullah founded the Football Dad’s Program, a program where he combined his passion for athleticism and community outreach as the driving force to engage youth in the city of Alexandria to live active lifestyles by participating in sports. He recognized the importance of education and sports and the positive impact it has on giving young people hope, direction, and a cause for the future.
In the 13 years of the Football Dad’s Program, it has expanded its services to include mentoring, tutoring, and providing opportunities for participants to give back to their communities through various community service projects.
